My promo code didn’t work

Important notes on promo codes:

• Applicable promotions will automatically apply to your next ride.
• If you have multiple promotion codes in your account, you cannot apply a specific promotion to your ride. The maximum discount available will automatically apply.
• All promotions have expiration dates.
• Some promotions will only apply to new riders of Alto.
• Some promotions will only apply for specific pick up or drop off locations.
• You must enter your promotion before the completion of your ride for it to apply.
• If you are not sure if your promotion applied, please check your receipt. You will see your savings as a line item on your receipt.
