# Can I pick which ride my promo applies to?

## All promotion codes will automatically apply to your next ride once added to your account.

Important notes on promo codes:

- Applicable promotions will automatically apply to your next ride.
- If you have multiple promotion codes in your account, you cannot apply a specific promotion to your ride. The maximum discount available will automatically apply.
- All promotions have expiration dates.
- Some promotions will only apply to new riders of Alto.
- Some promotions will only apply for specific pick up or drop off locations.
