Contact your driver about a lost item

Alto drivers clean and inspect your car after every trip, so the chances of them finding your item before you even notice it is gone are high! If your driver finds your lost item and it has been less than 10 minutes since your ride ended, they will give you a call to return the item.

If you realize you have left something and within 10 minutes of your ride, you can contact your driver by tapping Contact Driver on the Ride screen of your Alto app. If you are able to connect with your driver you can arrange a pick up time and location to retrieve your item.   

If it has been more than 10 minutes since your ride, please email us at support@ridealto.com with the following:

  • A contact number where we can reach you
  • A detailed description of the item that was lost and when you lost it

We will then get back to you soon to find the most efficient way to return your lost item.
