      How do I add a promo to my ride?

      In your Alto app, tap Profile then Promotions to add a promo code.

      To add your code:

      1. Tap Profile

      2. Tap Promotions

      3. Tap Add Promotion to enter your code.

       

      Important reminders:

      • Promo codes should be entered in all capital letters.
      • Any added promotions will automatically apply to your next Alto ride.
      • Only active promotions that are applicable to your account will apply to your rides.
      • You must enter your promotion before the completion of your ride for it to apply.
      • If you are not sure if your promotion applied, please check your receipt. You will see your savings as a line item on your receipt.
