How do I book a ride on-demand?

To book a ride on demand, start by downloading the Alto app and creating an Alto account.

To book you ride on demand:

1. Use the Ride screen to add your pick up (where from) and drop off (where to) locations. 
2. Click Confirm to see an estimated fare and ETA for your trip. 
3. Tap Book Now to complete your booking. You can track your Alto and learn more about your driver as your ride approaches. 

Important reminders:

• Book your ride at least 10-15 minutes before you would like to be picked up.
• You will be able to track your ride in the Ride tab after completing your booking.
