How do I change the accounts associated with my Family plan?

To add or remove someone from your family plan, please send us their name, email, and phone number at and let us know which family plan they will be added to/removed from. 
  • If a family member is being added to the plan, $25 will be charged to the primary account holder’s credit card on file, and the new family member will be set to renew at the same time as the rest of the family. 
  • If someone is being removed from a family account, our Customer Experience team will simply revert that person back to an individual monthly membership plan. All Annual and Family Memberships are non-refundable after 30 days.
