How do I change the payment method on my account?

Tap Profile, then Payment Methods

To add or remove a payment method in your Alto app, tap the Profile icon in the bottom left corner of the app, then tap Payment Methods. Here you can update cards and set your default payment method which will automatically apply to rides and membership payments.

Before each trip you can select the method of payment for that ride on the Booking screen after confirming your pick up and drop off locations. Tap your card listed under Payment to change your payment method. (Please note promotion codes and credit will not show up here, but will automatically apply once they are added to your account.
