I need to change the time of my prescheduled ride.

To change the time of a prescheduled ride, cancel and rebook your ride more than one hour in advance.

To cancel and rebook:

1. Tap Profile then Prescheduled Rides to view your prescheduled rides

2. Tap a ride to cancel the booking

2. Tap back to the Ride screen to preschedule your ride for the new desired time.

Please note your quoted rate may change when rebooking a prescheduled ride.
