# I am receiving an “Account on Hold” message

If this message is displaying, your account may be suspended for payment reasons. Please check that your card on file is valid and up to date, and contact our support team at [support@ridealto.com](mailto:support@ridealto.com) or at 888-307-0174 to remove the hold on your account.
