I cannot book a prescheduled trip

Upgrade to Member to preschedule your trip

The ability to preschedule a ride will be available to Members after entering your booking details  and tapping “Confirm”.  You should see a small clock icon next to the “Book” button. Tap the clock to preschedule your ride for a later time.  

Please note that this feature is for Members only.  If you are a Member and the icon is not displaying, you may be on an older version of the app. Please update your Alto app in the App Store or Google Play Store to get the latest version.
