      I need to cancel my booking.

      Cancel an active trip in the Rides tab of your Alto app.

      To cancel an active trip, start in the Ride tab of your app. Tap Your Booking Details to see more information about your trip, then tap Cancel Trip. There is a $10 cancelation fee for all canceled trips. You will not be charged for canceled trips where the ETA has slipped beyond the estimated window provided when booking your ride.
