I’m receiving a different “Error” message

If you are receiving an error message in the Alto app, follow these troubleshooting steps:
    • Refresh your Alto app by hard closing and reopening the app
    • Delete and re-download your Alto app. You will be able to log back into your account after re-downloading. 
    • Disconnect from your wifi network and log in without it, or try disconnecting and reconnecting.
