# My promo code isn’t applying.

To apply a promo code tap *Profile* then *Promotions* in your Alto app. Tap *Add Promotion* to enter a new promotion code. Please check the spelling of your code and enter in all capital letters. Expired promotions will not apply to your account once the valid date has passed.
