During our busiest time the Alto fleet is reserved for Alto Members. During these times you will see a "Members Only" flag on the booking screen. If you are a member and receiving this message, or if you are a guest and there is no “Members Only” tag showing, please force close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists please submit the form below to our customer experience team.
